Provided are a stacking apparatus and an air purifying system thereof. The stacking apparatus (20) comprises a vertical stacking arm (21) and an operating mechanism (210) disposed on the stacking arm (21). An axial pipeline (212) and a first airflow driving device (213) are disposed on the stacking arm (21), the pipeline (212) consists of an airflow inlet (2121) and an airflow outlet (2122), the airflow inlet (2121) is communicated with a space outside the stacking arm (21), the airflow outlet (2122) is disposed at the lower end of the stacking arm (21), the first airflow driving device (213) is used for sucking air in the space outside the stacking arm (21) via the airflow inlet (2121) of the pipeline and drives air in the pipeline (212) to flow downwards, and the air in the pipeline (212) is exhausted to the lower end of the stacking arm (21) via the airflow outlet (2122) of the pipeline (212). By the aid of the mode, raising dust caused by movement of the stacking apparatus is reduced, and yield of products is increased.
