Abstract:
A stage device (1) enabling a slide glass to be accurately fixed in a positioned state
by a simple structure. The stage device comprises a mounting surface (3) for mounting
the slide glass (2) thereon, abutting parts (5a, 5b) allowing the adjacent two
side surfaces (2c, 2d) of the slide glass (2) placed on the mounting surface (3)
to abut thereon, and a pressing mechanism (4) pressing the two side surfaces (2a,
2b) facing two side surfaces (2c, 2d) abutting on the abutting parts (5a, 5b) in
the directions of the abutting parts (5a, 5b). The pressing mechanism (4) comprises
a plurality of pressing members (11, 12) pressing the two side surfaces (2a, 2b)
of the slide glass (2) at different timings.
