Abstract:
Disclosed is a staggered mutual-striking self-cleaning screening device, comprising a plurality of sets of staggered mutual-striking rotary screening mechanisms, a movement generating mechanism, and a pulse early warning automatic cleaning mechanism in a downwards inclined conveying arrangement. The staggered mutual-striking rotary screening mechanisms are arranged adjacent to each other or are arranged on separate shafts. Self-cleaning sieves are arranged equidistantly and coupled to an outer surface of a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is arranged as a hollow structure and a spraying hole. The self-cleaning sieves of the rotating shaft are staggered with each other equidistantly in a coaxial direction. The pulse early warning automatic cleaning mechanism comprises an overload detector and a controller. The overload detector is mounted at one end of the rotating shaft, and the movement generating mechanism is provided with planar cams mounted at two ends of a rotating shaft assembly. The staggered mutual-striking self-cleaning screening device employs staggered mutual-striking cleaning teeth to perform self-cleaning during a rotary screening process. By means of the pulse early warning automatic cleaning mechanism, real-time monitoring, pre-warning, and cleaning can be performed for a bearing load of a material screening rotating shaft, and the movement generating mechanism further promotes material vibration screening.
