Abstract:
Disclosed is a stainless steel pickling wastewater treatment system, comprising a mixed acid pickling wastewater treatment system and a sulfuric acid pickling wastewater treatment system, wherein the mixed acid pickling wastewater treatment system comprises, in sequential communication, a first pH adjusting tank (103), a first concentrating membrane device (104), a first collection tank (106), a defluorination reaction tank (107) and a resin adsorption purification system (110); and the sulfuric acid pickling wastewater treatment system comprises, in sequential communication, a second pH adjustment tank (203), a second concentrating membrane device (204) and a second collection tank (206). By separately treating the mixed acid pickling wastewater and the sulfuric acid pickling wastewater, the stainless steel pickling wastewater treatment system can simultaneously treat both of these, and can also treat one of these according to actual production conditions, thereby not only reducing environmental pollution, but also allowing for recycling of the wastewater, thus solving the recycling problem of the stainless steel pickling wastewater, and reducing the production cost for companies.
