Abstract:
The present invention provides: stainless steel containing 21-23 mass% of Cr, 0.2-0.4 mass% of Mn, 1.0-2.0 mass% of Mo, 0.08-2.0 mass% of Al, 0.01-0.2 mass% of Ti, and 0.2-0.5 mass% of Nb, the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities; a base that is made up of the stainless steel and that is for holding an interconnector or a cell for a fuel cell; and a solid oxide fuel cell including the base for holding the cell or the interconnector.
