Abstract:
Disclosed is a stamping device for a terminal post, relating to the technical field of batteries. The stamping device comprises a base (1), a sample foundation bed (2), an ejector rod (3), a first hydraulic cylinder (4), a second hydraulic cylinder (5) and a controller (6), wherein the sample foundation bed (2) is fixed onto the base (1), and a sample groove (201) is formed in the sample foundation bed (2) through upper, lower, left and right sides thereof; one end of the ejector rod (3) is telescopically connected to the interior of the base (1) and the other end thereof extends into a through hole below the sample groove (201), and the ejector rod (3) is arranged to be coaxial with the through hole below; a stamping rod of the first hydraulic cylinder (4) is located in a through hole on the left side of the sample groove (201) and is arranged to be coaxial with the left through hole, and a stamping rod (501) of the second hydraulic cylinder (5) is located in a through hole on the right side of the sample groove (201) and is arranged to be coaxial with the right through hole; both the end of the stamping rod of the first hydraulic cylinder (4) and the end of the stamping rod (501) of the second hydraulic cylinder (5) are of an arc-shaped structure (502) cooperating with an outer side wall of a terminal post (7) to be stamped for stamping, and multiple stamping protrusions (503) are arranged on the outer side of the arc-shaped structure (502); and the controller (6) is electrically connected to the ejector rod (3), the first hydraulic cylinder (4) and the second hydraulic cylinder (5), respectively. In the terminal post stamped by the stamping device, the density of a lead sleeve is higher, the contact fit degree of a copper core and the lead sleeve is better, the conductivity is improved, and the torque resistance of the terminal post bonded with glue can be effectively improved.
