A STAMPING FOIL FOR A TRANSFUSION BAG AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A stamping foil for transfusion bags is disclosed. The stamping foil is composed of a tape base, a release layer and a color layer adhered to the tape base in said sequence. The color layer is prepared with 20 to 40 parts by weight of epoxy resin, 30 to 35 parts by weight of filling material and 30 to 45 parts by weight of pigment. Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing the stamping foil, which includes two steps: 1) preparing a release layer; 2) preparing a color layer. To prepare the color layer, epoxy resin, filling material and pigment are first weighed out according to parts by weight; the epoxy resin is then dissolved in a mixed solvent composed of butanone and dimethylbenzene, the filling material and pigment are added and the mixture is ground to form a uniform color-layer coating liquid. The color-layer coating liquid is then applied to the release layer and dried by baking. The stamping foil of the present invention provides a physical foundation that enables marker information to be displayed on a transfusion bag. The stamping foil also ensures the stability, environmental friendliness, weather-resistance and chemical agent-resistance of the stamped patterns. Manufacture of the release layer and the color layer employs a cold-coating process,and the simple technical procedures reduce production costs.
