Abstract:
The present application provides a stamping-type heavy cable protector, comprising a body formed by stamping. Glands are fixedly connected to both ends of the body. Cable clamps are fixedly connected to both inner ends of the body. The cable clamps are adapted to the body in shape and size. The surface of the body is provided with protrusions formed by stamping. The surfaces of the glands are provided with protrusions formed by stamping. The longitudinal section of each gland and the longitudinal section of the body are symmetrical to each other. Compared with a stamping type, the materials of the body and the glands of the present application are thicker, the strength and rigidity of the product are improved, the installation is convenient, the universality of the die is strong, and the development cost of the die is reduced; compared with a casting type, under the condition that the connecting structure and strength are close, the production cycle is short, the costs are low, and no pollution is caused to the environment.
