Abstract:
The present invention obtains a stand-alone operation planning device capable of formulating an appropriate stand-alone operation plan. Therefore, a stand-alone planning device (1) is provided with: a stand-alone operation planning unit (7) that, in order to independently operate power system zones separated from a power system, plans a stand-alone operation plan proposal (DP) by setting, among areas sectioned by switches included in the separated power system zones and being adjacent to each other, the areas internally having at least distributed power supplies or capable of stationing a power-supply car as stand-alone operation zones; a system analysis unit (10) that performs a system analysis on the basis of the stand-alone operation plan proposal (DP) and determines whether a stand-alone operation is possible or not; and a constraint addition unit (11) that adds a constraint condition (CC) used when planning the stand-alone operation plan proposal (DP) when the system analysis unit (10) determines that the stand-alone operation is impossible and causes the stand-alone operation planning unit (7) to replan the stand-alone operation plan proposal (DP).
