As regards the option Mobile phones recharge, an user can, trough an user interface, select a specific mobile telephone provider, insert a phone number, choose the amount he wants to recharge and then. Once payment is done, either cash through a banknote reader and/or through a coins selector or by payment cards, or similar, through an EFT/POS magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader, the machine reports a payment confirmation to a remote server through a GSM or phone line modem in order to have the recharge acknowledged and credited.

The service is meant effective for all providers, both actually operating and to come.

The service works in off-line mode and is able to send transaction data by placing a simple call to Service Center from any user.

In respect of the option Travels, including booking and purchasing of flight, railway and bus tickets, an user can, through the user interface, choose the typology of carrier for traveling, departure place, favorite departure time, class and seat. In this case the machine computes and displays the amount due on the same interface and then, once payment is acknowledged either through a banknote

reader and/or a coins selector or by payment cards, or similar, through an EFT/POS magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader, the machine reports the transaction to a remote server, through a GSM or phone line modem, prints out the concerning voucher by means of a printer making part of the same machine. The voucher can be used as a remote ticketing or remote check-in service upon carriers having an agreement with Service Center.

In the same way an user can proceed to book hotels and restaurants operating with major credit cards.

The service offered by the machine of the invention works in an online mode, namely in direct connection with the phone line and/or the Internet network, and is accessible only from users provided of a Fidelity Card issued by the Service Center.

As regards the option Tour operator services it's possible to accomplish booking and down payment for tour packages, in the country and abroad, formulated and sold from major tour operator.

An user, through the user interface, can make his search for vacation destinations to reach, estimate the expenditure he can afford, select the season to put his vacation on, the hotel accommodation and so on.

The machine, thanks to a database, processes the input data and provides to the user, on the same interface, the information about the various options corresponding to the aforesaid input data.

The user, again through the user interface, can then book the selected travel and go on with the relevant down payment, either cash through a banknote reader and/or a coins selector or by payment cards, or similar, through an EFT/POS magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader. The machine reports the transaction to a remote server, through a GSM or phone line modem, and prints out the corresponding voucher which can used for collecting and for balancing the invoice concerning the full package supplied by the competent tour operator.

In case the tour packages foresee this possibility, an user can also request, through the interface, to purchase the relevant informative video. In this case a processor provides to retrieve this visual aid from the machine mass storage and to send it to a copying unit for its recording on a compact disk (CD) support.

The service works in an online mode, namely in direct connection with

the phone line and/or the Internet network, and is accessible only from users provided of a Fidelity Card issued from Service Center.

Regarding the option Entertainment including booking and purchasing of theatre, cinema and concert tickets, an user can choose, through the interface, one of the sites suggested by the machine, the show he/she wants to watch, the desired time and seat.

Once read the amount due on the relevant interface, the user selects how to pay, namely either cash or by a payment cards, or similar.

When the down payment is cleared, the machine reports the confirmation to a remote server, by a GSM or phone line modem, to enable the booking be in turn sent to the proposing service manager for the validation of the booking and the issuance of the relevant ticket. Then the booking-purchase data are sent to a printer for the issue of the printed voucher.

The service works in a online mode, namely in direct connection with the phone line and/or the Internet network, and is accessible only from users provided of a Fidelity Card issued by the Service Center.

As regards the option Realization of customer compilations of music, video clip frames, DVD movie, movie trailers and commercial spots to be recorded on a compact disk (CD), an user can select and formulate his own compilation and/or selection, through the user interface, of music tracks, DVD films and audio-video among a wide range of choices available on the machine mass storage.

The aforesaid music data, as well as DVD films, video clips movie trailers and advertising spots are loaded in the mass storage in an already available compressed format of at least 128K High Quality such as AAC, AC3, MP3, Windows Media, Dolby Digital or a new format to come, and are recorded on a CD support in the common wave format.

Every licensed music track, DVD film, video clip, movie trailer and ad spot is loaded on the database resident in the machine mass storage with the relevant information for enabling its retrieval and a short digital selection, having a length of 15-20 second, is associated to each one of them for permitting a better identification by the user.

The user can choose if burning his compilation in situ on the machine or if

ordering it to Service Center, through a GSM or phone line modem.

In the first case a processor provides to retrieve the data concerning the selection done by the user from machine mass storage and to send them to a CD burner for their recording on a CD support. In the second case the processor provides to send the selection though a GSM or phone line modem to the Service Center where the selection is copied on a CD support and shipped to the user address filled onto Fidelity Card requesting form.

Once the compilation of music tracks and/or video clips and/or movie trailers and/or advertising spots and/or DVD film to record is confirmed, the machine issues the request for payment.

This can be made cash through a banknote reader and/or a coins selector or by payment cards, or similar, through an EFT/POS magnetized strip and/or micro- chip reader.

Depending on the preceding selection, namely ordering or burning in situ the CD, a processor provides to report by GSM or phone line modem to the Service Center the selection for the relevant recording or to enable the machine to deliver a blank CD, previously arranged in a jewel box already bearing a copyright sticker, including international codes like SIAE, PAS, NA and PD, that empowers the reproduction of the interested pieces since the payment of the due licence fee for the intellectual property rights is in this case ensured.

The selected data, upon retrieval from mass storage, are sent to a CD burner for their recording on the CD support previously delivered to the user who inserts it in the CD burner indicated on the exploited user interface.

At last one of the processors sends the information concerning the data selected and recorded on the CD to a printer where they are impressed on an inlay card issued with the data of the financial transaction.

Moreover, the possibility to request the CD delayed collecting option is given to user.

If the user has opted for this possibility, the machine will assign him/her, through the user interface, a code for delayed collecting and give the possibility to decide when returning to the machine for collecting the recorded CD burner.

The service works in an offline mode, namely is able to report the transaction data by placing a simple call to Service Center and is accessible by any

user.

As regards the option E-commerce including gadgets and generally objects sales through catalog, an user can, by an user interface, examine and then select a series of gadgets and generally objects included in a series of licensed catalogs and/or of catalogs managed by the machine and/or by a selling system represented by the machine itself.

Catalogs can be resident both in the machine internal mass storage and/or in the data bases of the several entities and corporations that have subscribed an agreement with the Service Center and are accessible through phone line and/or Internet networks.

Once the objects to buy have been selected, the machine goes on with the request for payment. When the down payment is done, either cash through a banknote reader and/or a coins selector or by payment cards, or similar, through an EFT/POS magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader, the machine reports the transaction to a remote server by GSM or phone line modem and prints out the relevant voucher.

The order, upon arrival at the remote server, is forwarded to the company holding the catalog in which the purchased object is inserted.

The service works both in an offline mode when the selection is made from catalogs resident in its mass storage and in an online mode when the selection is made from catalogs resident in external data bases and the relevant data are dispatched by placing a simple call to the Service Center as available only from users provided with a Fidelity Card.

In any case the user, through an interface and a very easy software, can choose the desired option, input his/her preferences and proceed throughout all machine processing steps in full autonomy without needing a particular assistance from attendants, everywhere the machine is located and on any daytime he prefers.

Fig. 12 depicts the flow chart of the functional characters and of the different steps for the option f) e-commerce, including sale through catalog, also resident in the machine internal mass storage, of gadgets and objects, generally.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In Fig. 1 it's described the whole working of the machine 1 thanks to the interaction of its internal components, included in a sole housing 2 and controlled by at least a main processor 6a. In add to this main processor 6a, it can be one, two or more additional processors, like those indicated from 6b and 6c, enslaved to the main processor 6a.

The hereby presented system has at least a processor 6a, which controls, thanks to system software and to application software, the whole machine 1 working ; at least an user interface 3a, composed from a monitor and a touch screen or a touch pad, and where, user interface 3a, the processor 6a displays to user the various messages, the various options and the whole process, and through that user can input his searching words, and/or part of them, for searching the data to insert in his choices and/or track list and then his input, interacting in this way with the machine 1.

System includes also at least a loud-speaker 5a, through that processor 6a can transmit the audio signals that will be converted from digital format to analog (analogic) format ; a mass storage 7, formed by memory supports, both SCSI and IDE, where all data, which can be audio, video, films and other as well as software, both of system and applications, and the databases with fields containing the information for the respective data research, are stored up ; at least a

banknotes reader 9 that, once user has introduced his banknotes for payment, tests their genuineness and it pass the information on to the processor 6a; at least a coin selector 18 that, once user has introduced his coins for payment, tests their authenticity and pass the information on to the processor 6a ; at least A EFT-POS magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader 8 in where user at first introduces his fidelity card 17 for its reading and/or writing and then, afterwards, his payment card, that can be Pagobancomat, Credit or the fidelity card 17 itself so that once it has read the information and it has sent them to the processor 6a, this last one provides to pass on, by modem, the payment authorization request to the interbank institution, having an agreement with the Service Center, and it waits for receiving from it, in the same way, the payment authorization number so as to proceed with the rest of the process; at least a GSM modem 10 through that the processor 6a sends and receives its payment requests, it connect itself to the different Institutions and/or Corporations data banks, having an agreement with the Service Center, for interacting with contained information and the booking and purchase choices made from user, it connect itself, at any machine 1 switching on, to the Service Center to receive the password for the machine 1 whole process starting up, it sends to a remote server 16 the filled up choices and the forwarded from user to the Service Center, as an order, to be recorded on the various available supports and then sent to user address and all alarms and/or intervention calls out- coming from the several self-diagnosis tests ; at least a phone line modem 11 through that the processor 6a sends and receives its payment requests, it connect itself to the different Institutions and/or Corporations data banks, having an agreement with the Service Center, for interacting with contained information and the booking and purchase choices made from user, it connect itself, at any machine 1 switching on, to the Service Center to receive the password for the machine 1 whole process starting up, it sends to a remote server 16 the filled up choices and the forwarded from user to the Service Center, as an order, to be recorded on the various available supports and then sent to user address and all alarms and/or intervention calls out-coming from the several self-diagnosis tests ; at least a se-moving and/or fixed CD column warehouse 12, to be applied with at least a limit switch sensor and in where jewel boxes are charged everyone containing at least a copyright authorization sticker applied blank CD, and it is

operated by at least a power unit, which can be an electrical motor or an hydraulic motor or a pneumatic motor, controlled by the processor 6a, either directly or through a microprocessor or a PLC interface, so as to be moved in proximity of a slit to release outside, then to user, a jewel box containing at least a blank CD; at least a CD burner 13 to that, once a blank CD has issued to user, the processor 6a orders to open itself to receive the previously issued blank CD for being burned and then, once recorded, to be given back to user; at least a printer 14 to that the processor 6a orders to impress the information, the user selected data, the memos, the vouchers with the concerning financial transaction information ; at least an UPS 4 which grants the power supply continuity, if it goes, and which transmits its coming into use to the processor 6a so as to this last one provides to end up all current recording and printing processes and it puts the user interfaces 3 in a out-of-service status, to stop in this way any new users choice and compilation process beginning ; at least a remote servet 16 to that the processor 6a forwards, by modem, the made transactions report, the fidelity card 17 requesting form, user made choices and then forwarded from him to the Service Center, as an order, to be recorded on the various available supprts and then sent to user address and all alarms and/or intervention calls outcoming from the several self-diagnosis tests; the possibility to use a nominal fidelity card 17, which can both read and write and which gives the access the whole service gamma proposed to users and which can financially recharged to be used as a payment system.

Really, as drawed in the Fig. 1 itself, to allow more than an user (for example until three) to use contemporanealy the machine 1, over the processor 6a two additional processors 6b and 6c are employed, each one serving an its user interface 3 b and 3c, equipped also with a loud-speaker 5b and 5c. In this case, however the two additional processors 6b and 6c are linked to the main processor 6a because they carry out only indipendent interface duties with user, leaving all the other interaction duties with mass storage 7, with the various readers 8,9, and 18, with modems 10 and 11, with CD column warehouses 12, with CD burners 13, with printers 14, with remote server 16, etc. to the main processor 6a through that they work.

When one of the user interfaces 3a-b-c is not in use, its no activity is detected by one of the processor 6a-b-c which provides to put it in a stand-by

status and then to retrieve from the mass storage 7 some video that can be video clips, movie trailers and ad spots to broadcast on this no exploited user interface 3a-b-c in order to accomplish a screen saver, until an user, approaching the machine 1 and touching on the user interface 3a-b-c where screen saver are broadcasting, don't put the user interface 3a-b-c itself in condition to signal to the processor 6a-b-c, which controls it, its request to come in operation.

At this point user can introduce hi fidelity card 17 in the appropriate EFT- POS magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader 8, instead, in case, he doesn't have one, he can require it filling up the appropriate form supplied by the machine 1 on the exploited user interface 3a-b-c or he can in any case go on without it.

Once fidelity card 17 requesting form has been filled up, by confirming it, user authorizes processor 6a, directly or through one of the processor 6b or 6c, to forward it to the remote server 16, by phone line modem 11 and/or GSM modem so that the Service Center provides to issued and to send the respective fidelity card 17 to the user indicated address. Fidelity card 17 can be both read and written.

Then user can selecting if he wants immediately print and/or record the selected data, directly from the exploited machine 1, or if he wants order them for receiving them at the address filled in his fidelity card 17 requesting form.

In this second case the processor 6a sends the data selection, by modem which can be whether phone line 11 or GSM 10, to the remote server 16 so as to the Service Center provides to create the CD and/or the paper support to be sent to user.

Once user has chosen the service he wants purchase, one of the processor 6a-b-c provides to display the database, containing the research fields and the information, on an user interface 3a-b-c and allowing the demo reproduction, both sound, both visual, both audiovisual let listen to and show them, converting them from the analog (analogic) format to the digital format, thanks to loud-speakers Sa-b-c located nearness of each user interface 3a-b-c and/or thanks to the monitors forming every user interface 3a-b-c, allowing in this way user to get a bigger help in his selection realization, by inserting his input, through an user interface 3a-b-c and then with the selection confirmation or annulment.

Once user has confirmed his selection, one of the processor 6a-b-c

displays, on the exploited user interface, the amount due and it ask to user his preferred terms of payment.

In the case of payment by cash, user introduces the banknotes in the appropriate banknotes reader 9 and/or coins in the appropriate coins selector 18, whereas in case of payment by cards, he introduces the payment card into the EFT-POS magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader 8. At this point one of the processor 6a-b-c will use a modem, which can be whether phone line modem 11 or GSM modem 10, to forward card and transaction data, jointly to the amount due, to the having an agreement with interbank Institution, as authorization request.

Still processor 6a receives from the having an agreement with interbank Institution, by modem, GSM 10 or phone line 11, the payment confirmation.

Once payment has been cleared, the processor 6a provides to retrieve the respective data from the mass storage 7 and then to send them to a CD burner 13 and/or to a printer 14.

In the case data has been sent to a CD burner 13, the processor 6a send to CD column warehouse 12 the order to issue a blank CD, already inserted in its jewel box and with already applied the copyright authorization sticker, outside of an appropriate slit. The by processor 6a selected CD burner 13 opens itself to receive the blank CD to bum.

Contemporaneously the processor 6a sends the transaction data plus the selected data list to the printer 14 to impress the concerning inlay card and/or the transaction check.

If instead user selected data, through an user interface 3a-b-c are only to be print, the processor 6a, once retrieved the data from the machine 1 mass storage 7, sends them directly to the printer 14 to impress them on the operation appropriate memo, jointly at the concerning check printing.

At every machine 1 switching on the processor 6a connect itself, by GSM modem 10 or phone line modem 11, to the Service Center to get the password for his functional characters re-starting up and it makes a self-diagnosis test checking the quantity of jewel boxes, containing the already copyright authorization sticker applied blank CD, available in one of the blank CD se-moving column warehouses 12 and it will save the datum into the mass storage 7.

In case the sensor of minimum stock level, applied to a blank CD se- moving column warehouse 12, alerts the processor 6a about the minimum stock reaching, the processor 6a forwards the request of blank CD supplying to the remote server 16 and when the penultimate CD is issued, it put the respective user interface 3a-b-c or the entire machine 1 in the out-of-service status declaring the current impossibility to accept further services to that recording is coupled, in situ, on a CD support, this services could be in any case always be ordered to the Service Center, through call by phone line modem 11 or GSM modem 10 to the remote server 16.

If power supply is missed, the UPS 4 comes into operation supplying the machine 1 and contemporaneously it forwards its coming into operation message to processors 6a-b-c which provide to put every user interface 3a-b-c in the out-of- service status, for ending up in any case the already current and paid processes.

In Fig. 2 is depicted a possible housing 2 containing the whole electronic, electrical, hardware, mechanical and robotic components which form the machine 1.

Placed upon the housing 2 there could be a decoration 23, which can be luminous and/or lit, or a monitor, in order to make the machine 1 notable from afar, and supported by a upright 24.

From the front and if necessary also on the two machine 1 sides, located at a height, which can move from 1.20 meter to 1.70 meter, it's located at least one user interface 3a-b-c, which can be protected, on the top and on the two lateral sides, by a spoiler 22a-b-c, which guarantees to user some privacy and which protects user from sounds and noises coming from other user interfaces 3a-b-c and/or from the surroundings.

Under user interfaces 3a-b-c in the housing 2 middle columns there are at least a loop-hole or doorway 19 of CD burners; a loop-hole 20 for blank CD releasing; at least a loop-hole 21 of the printer; at least a loop-hole 27 for bankotes payment ; at least a loop-hole 28 for coins payment; at least a loop-hole for EFT- POS cards payment and for introducing the fidelity card 17 for its reading and writing; at least an alphanumeric keypad 30 to digit the various customers PIN coupled to at the fidelity cards 17 and/or at the EFT-POS payment cards; at least a display or monitor 31 to display the procedures for the EFT-POS payment services

and for fidelity cards 17 credit and/or debit operations.

User interface 3 is the instrument with that user can interact with the machine 1 to input to at least a processor 6. In fact user, through the user interface 3, can insert his data for receiving the fidelity card 17 forwarding, he can insert the password, and/or part of it, to search the data to be included in his selection or track list for its printing and/or for its recording and/or for its burning directly in situ on the machine 1 and/or for its ordering for its burning on a CD support.

Moreover, user, thanks to user interface 3, can interact by inserting and/or removing every single choice from his selection or tack list ; as well he can require to the machine 1 to proceed to the various next steps or he can annulled the current process and going back to first user screen; or he can decide if burning and/or printing in situ the data selected from him or if he wants order this operation, through the, into machine 1 included, phone line lland/or GSM 10 transmission devices, so they forward his choice to the Service Center's remote server 16. Finally, user can select the preferred payment method, both by cash and by payment cards.

Processor 6a of the machine 1, once received, from the magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader 8, user data, recorded in his fidelity card 17, to be included subsequently also in the report database, it guides user, directly or thanks one of the processor 6b and 6c, through the exploited user interface 3a-b-c, throughout all the phases of every single process, displaying on the user interface 3a-b-c monitor the several instructions to follow, the several options to choose and the amount due.

Furthermore, still processor 6a, once retrieved the data concerning an user choice, through an user interface 3a-b-c, is able to transmit, directly or thanks one of the processor 6b and 6c, some video and/or photographic samples on the exploited user interface 3a-b-c monitor and/or some audio samples through the loud-speaker 5a-b-c located inside or beside of the protecting spoiler 22a-b-c of every single user interface 3a-b-c.

Once displayed the amount due, on the exploited user interface 3a-b-c, one of the processor 6a-b-c will wait for user specifies, still through the exploited user interface 3a-b-c, his preferred terms of payment and then he proceed to payment by one of the payment loop-holes 27,28 and 29, both for payment by cash and

then through the banknotes reader 9 and the coins selector 18, and for payment by payment cards and then through the EFT-POS magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader 8.

For payment procedure by payment cards, the processor 6a guides the user throughout the several payment steps, displaying on the EFT-POS system display or monitor 31 the instructions to be followed and the different requesting and/or confirmation messages; moreover it invites user to insert the in use payment card coupled PIN code through the alphanumeric keypad 30 help located nearness the whole EFT-POS payment system.

Once cleared the payment, the processor 6a activates the CD se-moving column warehouse 12 in order it issues a blank CD, with the copyright authorization sticker already applied, to user through at least a loop-hole or blank CD doorway 20, and then it indicates, directly or through the exploited user interface 3a-b-c, in that loop-hole or doorway 19, correspondent at least a CD burner 13, to insert the blank CD for its burning.

Then, the processor 6a orders to at least one of the CD burners to open allowing user can charge his CD thanks to the aforesaid loop-hole or CD burners opening 19.

Once end up the data burning operation, the processor 6a orders to at least one of the printers 14 to impress and to release the appropriate memo inlay card and/or the concerning check through the printers loop-holes or doorway 21 and it finally sends the respective report, as accounting report, to the remote server 16 through the phone line modem 11 connected to phone network with the phone cable 25 which comes out from the housing 2 bottom side, or through GSM modem 10 which calls by the appropriate antenna 32 coming out from the housing 2.

Furthermore, still coming out from the housing 2 there is the power supply cable 26 connected on a side to the electrical network and on the other side, inside the housing 2, to the UPS 4.

In the end, when one of the user interfaces 3a-b-c, is not at the moment used from an user, the respective processor 6a-b-c, detecting its actual in no using status, it communicate this datum to the processor 6a which, once retrieved some video and/or pictures and/or sounds from the mass storage 7, it sends them,

directly or through the processor 6b or 6c to the involved monitor for their broadcasting as screen savers until a new user doesn't touch its touch screen making in this way the respective user interface 3a-b-c newly available for a new process.

In Fig. 3 it's depicted the flow chart for linking of the user interfaces 3a-b- c with the processor 6a-b-c and the mass storage 7, as well as the interactive procedure for data input from more than an user through more than an user interface 3a-b-c.

Once received the input from one of the user interface 3a-b-c, a processor 6a-b-c, connected to it and responsible of its working, sends them to processor 6a, programmed as the main one and responsible at his turn of an user interface 3a-b-c and of the data retrieving from the mass storage 7.

Each processor 6a-b-c, is also in charge to receive the request, from every single user interface 3a-b-c, to be put in the stand-by status and then it's in charge of the request and of the retrieving of the data, from the mass storage 7, directly in the case of processor 6a and in any case through the main processor 6a, to be broadcasted on this user interface 3a-b-c monitor as screen savers; moreover it's responsible of the request to be put in process again from this user interface 3a-b-c and then of the interactivity with the user interacting through this specified user interface conducing him throughout every single step of the option previously chosen from user.

In Fig. 4 is represented the approaching to the machine 1 flow chart 100 with the choice of the option of the procedure user wants follow and purchase and then with the consequent exploitation of the fidelity card 17 with included the possibility to recharge it and/or to use it as pre-charged payment system or if necessary of is request or of the choice to go on without using it nor requiring it.

User, approaching the machine 1 will find at least one of the user interfaces 3a-b-c not used and in the stand-by status, then with one of the processors 6a-b-c broadcasting some video and/or films on its monitor as screen savers, as indicated in a phase 102.

Touching the interested user interface 3a-b-c touch screen, user asks to one of the processor 6a-b-c to make again in operation the user interface 3a-b-c and to display the first phase of the several steps, here defined of Welcome, indicated in a

phase 104, to that it's following a connection with the fidelity card 17 exploiting request, indicated in a phase 106.

At this point one of the processors 6a-b-c asks to user, through the user interface 3a-b-c, if he has a fidelity card 17.

If user has the fidelity card 17, the phase 106 comes out with an answer YES and then, in a phase 108, once the fidelity card 17 has been introduced into the magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader 8, the processor 6a, recognizing it, asks to user, directly or through one of the processors 6b or 6c, in accordance with a phase 110, if he wants exploit it as payment system.

If the phase 110 comes out with an answer YES, the processor 6a verifies, in phase 112, that the residual credit is enough for an entry level price purchase.

If the residual credit is enough (answer YES), the processor 6a invites user, directly or through one of the processors 6b or 6c, to leave his fidelity card 17 inserted in the magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader 8 to use it as payment system and it leads him directly to the phase 124 which is the Screen of Process to Follow Option, viceversa, if the residual credit is not enough for an entry level price purchase (answer NO), the processor 6a invites the user, in accordance with a phase 114, to indicate how much he wants increase it and it leads him to the phase 140 of the payment in order to user can introduce his banknotes into the banknotes reader 9 and/or his coins into the coins reader 18, in accordance with phase 142, so that the processor 6a, once verified their genuineness, transcribes the credit on the already inserted, into the magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader 8, fidelity card 17in accordance with a phase 144.

If instead the phase 110 comes out with an answer NO, a processor 6a-b-c leads the user directly to the phase 124 of the Screen of the Process to Follow Option to choose one of the options indicated in the respective phases from 126 to 138, among those offered and displayed from one of the processors 6a-b-c on the exploited user interface 3a-b-c.

In case instead user doesn't have a fit for fidelity card 17, the phase 106 comes out with an answer NO and the machine 1 gives to user the possibility to require it, in accordance with a phase 116, or to go on in any case without, in accordance with a phase 118, informing him that some options will be not available and leading him directly to the phase 124 of the Screen of the Process to

Follow Option in order he can proceed to the choice of one of the options indicated in the respective phases from 126 to 138 among those offered and displayed from one of the processors 6a-b-c on the exploited user interface 3a-b-c.

If user has chosen to require the fidelity card 17, phase 116, one of the processors 6a-b-c displays on the exploited user interface 3a-b-c the form for user data inputing, in accordance with a phase 120, for the fidelity card 17 request and, it asks to user, in accordance with a phase 122, to confirm his intention to transmit its request to the Service Center.

If the phase 120 comes out with an answer NO, user finds himself in any case at the phase 124 of the Screen of the Process to Follow Option to proceed with the choice of one of the options indicated in the respective phases from 126 to 138, among those offered and displayed from one of the processors 6a-b-c on the exploited user interface 3a-b-c ; if instead the phase 120 comes out with an answer YES, the main processor 6a provides to forward the fidelity card 17 requesting form, through the GSM modem 10 or the phone line modem 11, to the Service Center remote server 16, in accordance with a phase 146, so that this last one provides to send the fidelity card 17 to user at the address already filled up in the requesting form itself.

Then user receives the Screen of the Process to Follow Option, in accordance with a phase 124, to go on with the choice of one of the options indicated in the respective phases from 126 to 138, among those offered and displayed from one of the processors 6a-b-c on the exploited user interface 3a-b-c.

If user selects the option ANNUL, phase 138, or he doesn't select any option within a pre-settled time, a minute for example, the process comes back to the phase 104 of Welcome.

If instead user selects one of the options, the process continues following one of the functional character and phases flow charts depicted in drawings from 5 to 12.

In Fig. 5 it's represent the functional character and phases flow chart 200 of the option a) cellular mobile phone recharges. This service works in off-line mode, then by sending transaction data placing a simple call to Service Center and it's available for all users also for those not supplied with the fidelity card 17.

User, having found the Screen of the Process to Follow Option of the

phase 202 (already 124) selects the option a) of the Cellular Recharge of the phase 204 (already 126) and then he chooses, through an user interface 3a-b-c, which is his required provider among Mi, M2,... Mn to carry out the recharge, in accordance with one of the phase 206 to 212.

Following user inputs, through an user interface 3a-b-c, in a phase 214, the phone number and the amount to be recharged and then, in a phase 216, he confirms if he means to proceed over on with recharging. If he doesn't confirm (answer NO), he comes back to the phase 202 (already 124) of the Screen of the Process to Follow Option. If he confirms (answer YES) one of the processors 6a- b-c displays on the exploited user interface 3a-b-c monitor the amount due and asks to user, in a phase 218, the payment terms user means to use for balance.

If user selects to pay by cash, in accordance with the phase 220, he can introduce his banknotes into the banknote reader 9 and/or his coins into the coins selector 18. If instead he selects to pay with a payment card, in accordance with a phase 222, he can introduce a payment card, which can be of credit, of debit, pagobancomat or the pre-charged fidelity card 17 into the EFT-POS magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader 8. In the case of credit, or debit or pagobancomat cards, the processor 6a sends the payment request with included the amount due, the information concerning the payment card and the machine 1 ID code, in accordance with the phase 224, to the interbank Institution, having an agreement with the Service Center, for the payment request, by phone line modem 11 or GSM modem 10, and it wait for receiving, in the same way, the payment authorization from. In the case of payment with the pre-charged fidelity card 17, the processor 6a, once the fidelity card 17 has been introduced into the magnetized strip and/or micro-chip reader 8, in accordance with a phase 222, it verifies its credit, in accordance with a phase 226.

If the phase 226 comes out with an answer NO, the processor 6a, in accordance with a phase 228, asks to the user, through the exploited user interface 3a-b-c, to use another payment system ; if instead it comes out with an answer YES, the processor 6a, in accordance with a phase 230, updates the credit reported on the fidelity card 17, by writing on it the new amount.

Once payment has been cleared, the processor 6a orders, in a phase 232, to one of the printers 14 to impress the concerning memo as confirmation of done

recharge to give to user and, contemporaneously, it sends, in a phase 234, still through the phone line modem 11 or the GSM modem 10, the transaction plus the phone number to be recharged, the amount and the confirmation of the payment authorization, so received from the agreed interbank Institution, to the remote server 16 in order it provides to forward the recharge acknowledgement to the concerning provider.

In the Fig. 6 is represented the flow chart 300 of the several steps for the option b) Travels including flight and railway tickets booking and purchasing, as well as hotels and restaurants booking and down payment. This service is in on- line mode and it's available only for fidelity card 17 supplied users.

User, who has found the Screen of the Process to Follow Option of the phase 302 (already 124), chooses in the phase 304 (already 128) the option b) Travels and selecting the typology of the carrier to use, if plane and/or train and the kind of accommodation between hotel and restaurant, in according with one of the phases from 306 to 312.

If user decides to proceed with the carrier choice (phases 306 or 308), the processor 6a connects itself to the data banks, by phone line modem 11 or GSM modem lo, of the travel agencies and starts to display the several possibilities to user, who, selecting his preferred hypothesis through one of the user interface 3a- b-c, chooses, in phase 314 the departure-his favorite place and time-, in phase 316 the arrival-his favorite place and time-, in phase 318 the traveling class-if economy or business, if first or second class-and then in phase 320 his preferred seat.

At this point the processor 6a retrieves the data concerning to the travel distance processing from the travel agency data banks and displays the various hypothesis on the exploited user interface 3a-b-c.

Once user has terminated to select the travel distance, one of the processor 6a-b-c asks him, in phase 330, if he has terminated or if he means to go on with his accommodation choice for when he will arrive at his destination.

If user refuses one of the processors 6a-b-c let him proceed, in phase 332, to his travel distance confirmation to end up the sale of the voucher of tele- ticketing and then to go on to payment, in phase 334, or in the case of NO it leads him back to the phase 302 (already 124) of the Screen of the Process to Follow

Option.

If instead user selects to proceed with the organization of his travel, one of the processors 6a-b-c leads him back to the phase 304 of the option b) Travels Option and the it allows him to select again between the carrier to use, if plane and/or train (phases 310 or 312). At this point user can choose if going on with booking an hotel or a restaurant, having an agreement with the Service Company managing the machine 1.

Later, user selects in phase 322 the destination where he means to book, in phase 324 the category of the hotel and in phase 326 the date and the time, and in phase 328, in the case he has previously chosen the phase 310 concerning the hotels, between the one bed or the double bed room, and in the case he has previously selected in phase 312 concerning the restaurants, the number of seats.

So he proceeds until at the end of his selection, having the user previously chosen, in phase 330, NO the processor 6a, once retrieved the data from the data banks of the Booking Center, having an agreement with the Service Center managing the machine 1, it displays the amount due on the exploited user interface 3a-b-c and it leads user to the phase 332 for the confirmation request to go on in this way to the phase 334 of payment.
