Description:
A STAND FOR VIDEO DEVICES

Technical Field

Invention relates to a stand manufactured from cartoon materials and developed for video display devices, primarily mobile phones.

State of the Art

Today stands used for video devices such as mobile phones are getting popular. The stands are mostly manufacture from plastic or metal materials. The stands are mostly not eligible for carrying and can be used in a fixed position. Also, costs of such stands are high because of materials costs.

Related art has stands solving such problem and made from cartoon materials. For instance, patent document numbered CN205105283U discloses a mobile phone stand comprises of 5 different cartoon parts. The said embodiment disclosed therein comprises one small and other big, namely, two rises of prism shape, upon fold of cartoons in a certain way and the device is placed the space between said rises. However, brining stand components to former position after use forms an obstacle for practical use.

In addition to above example, there are also solutions wherein components are put on each and the device is placed between tabs located on the very top part. In such products, by help of tabs provided on top of cartoon material, the device is placed in the space forming upon opening of tabs. The products' cost is low thanks to cartoon material used for manufacturing and their carrying is also high. However, since the products are formed by sticking and covering of three pieces hard structure cartoon, opening tabs gets difficult from time to time. The user should also, have preliminary information to open tabs.

Because of above mentioned reasons, it is needed to develop a stand enabling easy opening-closing operation. As a result, due to above described disadvantages and inadequacy of existing solutions, it has been necessary to make development in the related art.

Aim of the Invention

The invention has been developed with inspiration from existing situation and aims to eliminate the above mentioned disadvantages.

One aim of the invention is to develop a stand allowing easy opening operation and practical use.

Another aim of the invention is to provide a uniform embodiment of stand by means of providing closing operation.

In order to achieve the above mentioned aims, the invention consists of

• An upper part with slot having small and big tabs thereon,

• an intermediate part forming a surface for use for other components provided in middle part upon sticking beneath the upper part,

• A pulling-pushing part which opening the big folding part upward with through movement inside cavities and stuck beneath intermediate part and

• a lower part stuck beneath pulling-pushing part and trapping this part into system.

Invention enables not only practical opening operation but also performs it without touching tabs. Moreover, product becomes uniform after closing operation and this makes it easy to carry.

The structural and characteristics features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the stand being subject of the invention have been described only for purpose of better understanding of the matter.

The video device stand of the invention comprises four main components. The first one of said components, namely, upper part (100) is shown in Figure 1 . The upper part (100) comprises a peripheral part (1 10) located thereon, a big tab (130) located in centre of said part (1 10) and a slot (140) located on peripheral part (1 10). As the upper part (100) has a slot structure, other parts to be located under the upper part (100) can be checked manually from that space. Said big tab (130) opens upward by movement of other parts of the system by user from the slot (140) and thus becomes convenient for placement of the device. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a small tab (120) is located in the centre of peripheral part (1 10). Said small tab (120) is moved upward manually during use. Use of small tab (120) prevents sliding of the device from the stand.

Intermediate part (200) which is other component of the stand and has a peripheral structure is located immediately under the upper part (100). Figure 2 shows demounted and mounted views of the upper part (100) and the intermediate part (200). Thanks to peripheral structure of the intermediate part (200), upon mounting onto upper part (100), a surface (A) eligible for use by other components is obtained in the centre.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the intermediate part (200) has an extension structure on both sides. In figure 2a , thanks to extension structure of the intermediate part (200) mounted from sticking surfaces (C), one cavity (B) per each side namely, two cavities are formed on both sides in central part. Thus the cavities (B) shown in figure 2b and the surface (A) between the cavities (B) become eligible for use of other components of the system.

Pulling - pushing part (300) located inside the surface (A) is another component of the stand. Figure 3 shows the forms where pulling-pushing part and this part are demounted and mounted to other parts (100, 200). Pulling - pushing part (300) comprises a reverse V tab (310) and a peripheral part (320) adjacent to that tab (310) from one side. As shown in figure 3a, the reverse V tab (310) located in centre of pulling-pushing part (300) comprises a sticky part (31 1 ) and a free part (312). The sticky part (31 1 ) is stuck onto big tab (130) of the upper part (100) when mounted as shown in figure 3c. Thus when user pulls the moving part, big tab (130) goes upward. Free part (312) prevents further opening of the tab (130) following placement of the device after opening of the big tab (130) and thus system remains fixed.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, peripheral part (320) comprises extensions (321 ) on both sides. Flaving extensions (321 ) allows sitting of pulling-pushing part (300) into surface (A) formed by intermediate part (200) and the cavities (B) fully. Thus further movement of pulling - pushing part (300) after pulling in a certain amount is prevented.

Lower part (400) which is another component of the stand is mounted to other components (100, 200, 300) from sticking surfaces (C) as shown in Figure 4a. In conclusion, all components are made as shown in Figure 4b. Upon mounting lower part (400) which is lower cover of the stand, pulling-pushing part (300) is trapped inside the cavities (B) and system becomes completed.

A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises a slot (410) located in a manner upper part (100) on the lower part (400) comes to exactly beneath the slot (140). The slot (410) provided on the lower part (400) allows easily holding pushing-pulling part (300) manually.

Figure 5 shows all components in demounted form. Figure 6 shows the stand ready for use wherein pulling-pushing part (300) back-forth movement is shown and sticking part (310) is stuck onto big tab (130). Figure 7 shows use of stand of the invention when used with a video device.
