Title:
STANDARD SUBSTANCE FOR PSA QUANTIFICATION, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, STANDARD SOLUTION FOR PSA QUANTIFICATION, AND PSA QUANTIFICATION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/111820
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a standard substance for PSA quantification, the standard substance being designed for PSA having a specific sugar chain, having less bias in sugar chain expression patterns, ensuring high production reproducibility, and being capable of versatile PSA quantification that even enables quantification of high-concentration samples from patients; a preparation method therefor; a standard solution for PSA quantification; and a PSA quantification method. This standard substance for PSA quantification is used to quantitatively analyze prostate-specific antigen (hereinafter referred to as "PSA") having a specific sugar chain and is characterized by: having a PSA structure having a sugar chain of a sequence represented by any of structural formulae A to D; and being a compound isolated or purified from a natural product, a compound chemically or enzymatically modified from a natural product, or an artificially synthesized compound.
