Abstract:
The present invention relates to a standard test method for the quantitative assessment of cosmetic spreadability, and an apparatus therefor. More specifically, the method comprises: a step of applying, onto a specimen, a cosmetic raw material and a cosmetic product; a step of photographing, using a CCD camera, the shape of the raw material and product spread on the central portion of the specimen; and a step of pixelating a photographed image and converting the photographed image to a histogram by means of a spreading index calculation part, and calculating a spreading index through the standard deviation. The cosmetic raw material and the cosmetic product applied onto the specimen are functional cosmetics and are applied in the shape of "+."
