Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a standing structure heat dissipation diagnostic device, a heat dissipation diagnostic program, and a heat dissipation diagnostic method capable of accurately diagnosing the heat dissipation from a side surface of a standing structure, estimating the carbon dioxide emissions from all of the structures in a city, and contributing to a reduction in emissions at a national level. [Solution] When an infrared camera simultaneously images the upper surface and a side surface of the roof/top of a standing structure from a direction that forms a predetermined angle with the vertical direction and forms an infrared image, a surface temperature calculation unit (38) calculates the temperature of the surface of the standing structure, a heat deformation location determination unit (40) determines, from the surface temperature of the standing structure, a heat deformation location where a lot of heat dissipation occurs, and a height calculation unit (42) calculates the height of the heat deformation location. A carbon dioxide conversion unit (44) obtains the amount of consumed power from the surface temperature of the standing structure, and converts this amount into a carbon dioxide emission amount. A display control unit (46) displays, on a display device (26), the likes of the infrared image obtained by the infrared camera, the temperature of the heat deformation location calculated by the surface temperature calculation unit (38), and the carbon dioxide emission amount calculated by the carbon dioxide conversion unit (44).
