Abstract:
The present invention relates to a staple closing method able to very cheaply, quickly, and simply handle the causes of defects that are inherent in staple-joined portions of corrugated cardboard packaging boxes and structure thereof. In particular, the present invention enables: a pressing process to be implemented for forming a staple concealing portion (200) that is concavely recessed a certain depth from a surface thereof together with an upper cardboard sheet (13) when the fluted paper (12) inside the corrugated cardboard is pressed at each point of a joining wing portion (110) (locations at which staples are closed in a subsequent staple closing process) among the joining wing portion (110) formed on the end at one side of a corrugated cardboard packaging box (100) and a corresponding joining portion (120) provided on the other side, the two portions being overlapped for staple joining; and then an actual staple-joining process to be implemented on the staple concealing portion (200) thereafter.
