Abstract:
A stapler that enables early recognition that staple refilling is necessary. To achieve this, the stapler has a residual staple quantity-notifying device for issuing a notice when a residual quantity of staples received in a staple magazine becomes less, and the notice is made using sound as the medium. It is constructed such that sound is produced when a pusher (13) touches at its predetermined position a driver (15), and to achieve this, the movement of a pusher (13) pushing and sending a staple into a strike out direction is used. The structure eliminates a conventional trouble of peering into a view window and frees a user from a sudden notice of stale refilling.
