Abstract:
A star-delta switching starter for a three-phase alternating-current motor comprises three three-pole air circuit breakers, including a main switch circuit breaker (1), a star circuit breaker (2), and a delta circuit breaker (3). The main switch circuit breaker (1) and the star circuit breaker (2) are connected in series by a six-pole driving shaft (5), a six-pole linkage handle (7) is disposed outside the main switch circuit breaker (1) and the star circuit breaker (2), and no trip interlock mechanism is disposed between the main switch circuit breaker (1) and the star circuit breaker (2). The delta circuit breaker (3) is connected in series by a three-pole driving shaft (8), and a three-pole linkage handle (10) is disposed outside the delta circuit breaker (3). A converter (4) is disposed between the star circuit breaker (2) and the delta circuit breaker (3). One end of the six-pole driving shaft (5) is connected to a main electrically-controlled driver (6), and the other end of the six-pole driving shaft (5) controls the delta circuit breaker (3) to be closed or opened by means of the converter (4). One end of the three-pole driving shaft (8) is connected to an electrically-controlled driver (9), and the other end of the three-pole driving shaft (8) controls the star circuit breaker (2) to be closed or opened by means of the converter (4). The star-delta switching starter of the present invention uses a simple combination of three circuit breakers to implement the start of star-delta switching of a three-phase alternating-current motor, so that the lines are simple, and the installation time, costs, and occupation of an interior space in the equipment can be reduced.
