Abstract:
A starch filter device for use in a gummy candy production, the starch filter device comprising a filter assembly, a vibration assembly and a waste dumping assembly, wherein the filter assembly is arranged on the vibration assembly, and comprises a filter cylinder (1) and a filter screen (2), the filter cylinder (1) being provided with a sliding groove (11) that is perpendicular to the axis of the filter cylinder, and the filter screen (2) being mounted in the filter cylinder (1) by means of the sliding groove (11) and filling the cross section of the filter cylinder (1); and the waste dumping assembly comprises a moving assembly (3) for grabbing the filter screen (2) to slide out along the sliding groove (11), and a dumping drive assembly (4) arranged on the moving assembly (3) to drive the filter screen (2) to flip and perform dumping. The device is used for continuous filtering of starch in the gummy candy production, that is, a large-batch production process, and by providing the waste dumping assembly, when excessive large-granule starch is retained on the filter screen, the filter screen is driven by means of the waste dumping assembly and separated from the filter cylinder, is flipped to dump the large-granule starch retained thereon into a recycling box for recycling and processing, and is then inserted into the filter cylinder again for filtration.
