Abstract:
This start control device (7) for a drive mechanism comprises: a key authentication unit (21) which carries out key authentication through an electronic key; a key authentication result determination unit (22) which determines an authentication result of the key authentication; a behavior authentication unit (23) which carries out behavior authentication for a driver; a behavior authentication result determination unit (24) which determines an authentication result of the behavior authentication; and a start control unit (27) which permits the start of the drive mechanism when both the authentication result of the key authentication and the authentication result of the behavior authentication are determined to be positive and which suppresses the start of the drive mechanism when at least one of the authentication result of the key authentication and the authentication result of the behavior authentication is determined to be negative.
