Title:
START-UP CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/225094
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Proposed is a start-up circuit with which the impact of variations of a threshold voltage of a transistor can be further reduced. A start-up circuit (100) is provided with: an N-type first MOS transistor (NM11) for which a threshold voltage is near 0 V; a resistor (RSTUP) interposed between a source terminal of the first MOS transistor and ground; and a control circuit (103) that controls a gate voltage of the first MOS transistor. The amount of a first current (start-up current) to be transmitted to a device (200) to be driven, the current being for starting up the device, is controlled in accordance with the control of the gate voltage.
