Abstract:
The disclosed ECU executes a program involving: a step of selecting the rotation mode (S140) if there is an engine start request (YES in S100) and the engine rotation speed is lower than or equal to α2 (YES in S110) and is higher than α1 (NO in S120); a step of selecting the full drive mode (S200); a step of stopping the motor and the actuator (S240) if there is an engagement failure between the pinion gear of the starter and the ring gear of the engine (YES in S210; S230); and a step of selecting the engagement mode (S145) if the motor rotation speed (Nm) is lower than or equal to A and the engine rotation speed (Ne) is lower than or equal to B (YES in S250).
