Abstract:
In order to provide a method for efficiently changing the state of an object at low cost and in a short time, a state change control device 1 changes the state of an object by bringing the object into contact with ice slurry S so as to cause a temperature change to the object, wherein an ice slurry contacting part 11 brings the object and the ice slurry S into contact with each other at a predetermined relative speed and changes the temperature of the object. An ice slurry supply part 12 feeds the ice slurry S to the ice slurry contacting part 11.
