Abstract:
The present invention is equipped with: paper diapers 11a-11c; IC tags 12a-12c, which are provided respectively to the paper diapers 11a-11c, have unique information, and receive radio waves from outside and transmit the relevant unique information as radio waves, said received and/or transmitted radio waves being attenuated or blocked when the amount of peripheral liquid becomes large; a reading device 14 that transmits radio waves RW1 to the paper diapers 11a-11c, receives radio waves RW2 transmitted from the IC tags 12a-12c, and transfers intensity information indicating the intensity of the radio waves RW2 and the unique information of each of the IC tags 12a-12c; and a smartphone 15 that, on the basis of the intensity information and the unique information transferred from the reading device 14, reports state information indicating the state of the paper diapers 11a-11c to the outside.
