Abstract:
This state determination device determines the state of a coating device that includes: an air motor that rotates as a result of a gas being supplied thereto; a rotational shaft that serves as the rotational center of the air motor; and a rotational spray head that is connected to the rotational shaft and sprays the coating agent. The coating device is further provided with a vibration detection unit that detects vibration in the coating device, and the state determination device is provided with a frequency component acquisition unit and an anomaly determination unit. The frequency component acquisition unit acquires frequency components resulting from contact between the rotational shaft and the air motor from among the detection results of the vibration detection unit. The anomaly determination unit determines whether there is an anomaly in the air motor on the basis of the acquisition results of the frequency component acquisition unit.
