Abstract:
This state determination device 20 is provided with: an imaging unit 21 which is arranged above an imaginary line B1 that passes through the upper edge of the driver seat 3 of the vehicle 1 and the lower edge of a sun visor 4 positioned so as to block light, and which generates an image by imaging the inside of the vehicle 1; and a state determination unit which, on the basis of said image, determines the state of the driver 30 of the vehicle 1.
