Abstract:

A state display method according to one embodiment involves: obtaining data measuring one subject comprising both first data indicating the approximate change over time in the depth of sleep when sleeping and second data indicating the approximate change over time in the level of activity when not sleeping; generating a graph according to the time information expressed by the first and second data by plotting the approximate change over time in the depth of sleep expressed by the first data on one side of an axis indicating time at positions farther from the axis as the depth of sleep is deeper, and also plotting the approximate change over time in the activity level expressed by the second data on the other side of the axis at positions farther from the axis as the activity level increases; and displaying the generated graph.
