Abstract:
This static eleminator (1) is provided with: a charger (20) having one or more charging parts (21, 22); and a needle-shaped conductor (30) that is grounded. The charger (20) is configured to charge an insulation film (11) such that the absolute value of the surface potential of the insulation film (11) is equal to or greater than 3 kV. The needle-shaped conductor (30) is disposed so as to be able to generate a corona discharge between the needle-shaped conductor (30) and the insulation film (11) which is charged by the charger (20). Therefore, static can be reliably removed from the insulation film (11).
