Title:
STATIC INDUCTION-TYPE VIBRATION POWER GENERATION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/148371
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a static induction-type vibration power generation device, and a method for producing the same, in which the amount of power generated can be enhanced and, in particular, an external electric field can be efficiently extracted from a spontaneous polarization electret. [Solution] In the present invention, two electroconductive plates are arranged spaced apart from each other. A charged body composed of a spontaneous polarization electret (6) having a predetermined thickness is positively charged on a lower surface (3) and negatively charged on an upper surface (2), and is provided between the electroconductive plates so as to be in contact with one of the electroconductive plates. The configuration is such that displacement of the interval between the electroconductive plates in a direction perpendicular to each of the surfaces of the spontaneous polarization electret (6) causes the electrostatic capacitance to change and thereby generates power. The absolute value of an external electric field generated by the spontaneous polarization electret (6) is 2.7 × 107 V/m to 1.5 × 1010 V/m at the position of the other electroconductive plate. The thickness of the spontaneous polarization electret (6) is 1 mm to 60 mm.
