The present invention is provided with a pressing means and a stationary blade support member (11). The stationary blade support member (11) is provided with a base surface section (11a), an upright surface section (11b), and a retainer section (11c). The upright surface section (11b) extends in a pressing direction from the base surface section (11a) so as to close the back of the root section of the stationary blade (12), the root section being located on the side opposite the edge section of the stationary blade (12), and limits the separation of the stationary blade (12) in the direction in which the stationary blade (12) engages with a movable blade. The retainer section (11c) extends from the upright surface section (11b) so as to cover the root section of the stationary blade (12) and limits the separation of the stationary blade (12) in the pressing direction.
