Abstract:
Provided is a fault monitoring system capable of detecting directly an anomaly in the waveform or the amplitude of magnetic flux density in the iron core of a stationary induction machine. The stationary induction machine fault monitoring system comprises: magnetic field detection means for detecting a magnetic field commensurate with the magnetic flux density of the iron core, each disposed on the surface of a yoke section in the iron core of the stationary induction machine, which excludes the portions wound with a winding wire and serving as magnetic legs; and a first determination means sending out a determination signal if the amplitude of the voltage delivered commensurately with the magnitude of the magnetic field linked with the magnetic field detection means is a fixed value or greater.
