Abstract:
Disclosed is a stator combined structure of an electric motor, the structure comprising at least one group of carrying plates (1) and a plurality of conductive magnetic core groups (2), wherein two carrying plates (1) of each group are radially provided, at a plate face (111) on one side of a body (11), with a plurality of positioning portions (12); an embedding slot (13) is respectively arranged between two adjacent positioning portions (12); a penetrating channel (14) axially penetrating to a plate face (111) on the other side is in communication at an inner side, away from the periphery of the body (11), of the embedding slot (13); and mounting directions of the two carrying plates (1) of each group are opposite to each other so that first stator teeth (21) and second stator teeth (22) of the conductive magnetic core group (2) can be respectively embedded, in an automatic plug-in manner, into the embedding slots (13) of the two carrying plates (1) so as to form a staggered arrangement, and conductive magnetic blocks (23) are respectively axially embedded, in an automatic plug-in manner, into the penetrating channels (14), aligned with each other, of the two carrying plates (1), thereby realizing automatic assembly. With such a carrying plate (1), the overall weight can be reduced. Moreover, same is assembled with the conductive magnetic core groups (2) so as to greatly reduce the material consumption thereof and thus save on costs, thereby achieving the effects of improving production efficiency, facilitating mass production and further reducing the costs.
