Disclosed in the present application are a stator cooling structure, and a permanent magnet synchronous electric motor for a vehicle. The stator cooling structure comprises a stator core and an annular winding, which is arranged on an end face of the stator core, wherein a surface of the stator core is provided with a flow channel; the annular winding is provided with an upper oil-spraying ring and a lower oil-spraying ring, which are in the shape of a semicircular ring; the flow channel is in communication with the upper oil-spraying ring and is also in communication with the lower oil-spraying ring by means of a connecting pipe; and the side surfaces of the upper oil-spraying ring and the lower oil-spraying ring facing the annular winding are provided with oil-spraying holes. In the present application, the surface of the stator core is provided with the flow channel, and the annular winding is provided with the upper oil-spraying ring and the lower oil-spraying ring, such that a stator and the winding are sufficiently cooled, the uneven temperature condition of the winding is alleviated, and the pump power is also reduced.
