Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for manufacturing a stator having a yoke section having a cut section with small distortion. This stator core manufacturing method, which forms a cut section on a stator core, provided with a teeth section and a yoke section formed with a single cut section, formed by layering core steel plates, is characterized by having: an inner diameter hole forming process where a teeth section and an inner diameter hole are formed on the inner diameter of the core steel plate prior to the steel plate being formed; a pilot hole forming process where a pilot hole is formed, in one spot along the outer perimeter of the area of the core steel plate being punched out, on the steel plate prior to being formed; a cut section forming process where a cut section is formed from the inner diameter hole to the pilot hole; and a core steel plate punching out process where the core steel plate is punched out from the steel plate prior to being formed.
