Abstract:
The present invention greatly increases the degree of freedom for designing a coil arrangement area in the periphery of the core part of a stator core. This stator core 3 is the stator core of an electric motor, and is provided with: a ring-shaped part 5; and a plurality of core parts 7 that are regions having coils 9 arranged in the periphery thereof, said regions projecting inward in the radial direction R from the ring-shaped part 5, wherein the ring-shaped part 5 is configured by being formed of a different material from that of the core parts 7. It is possible to select a high-strength material for the ring-shaped part 5 even if the thickness is to be reduced. It is thereby possible to greatly increase the degree of freedom for designing the area S in which the coils are arranged in the periphery for the core parts 7 of the stator core 3.
