Title:
STATOR CORE AND MOTOR PROVIDED WITH THIS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2004/082104
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A crossover locking unit, which does not prevent the downsizing of a stator core and ensures a sufficient space for crossover locking, is formed on at least one sheet of laminated metal core plate. A stator core (10) formed by layering four metal core plates (11-12) has an annular core back (10a) and nine tooth poles (10b). A metal core plate (12) layered on the upper-most portion is formed with a crossover locking protrusion (10c) having an almost horizontal locking element. The almost horizontal locking element is formed spaced apart at least the interval (d) of a crossover from the end face of a annular core back (10a) and by being bent so as not protrude beyond the outer peripheral surface of the annular core back (10a). The crossover locking protrusion (10c) is formed with coming-off preventing protrusions (10ca and 10cb) extending in peripheral left and right directions.
