Title:
STATOR CORE RETENTION MEANS AND COIL INSERTION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/203559
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a stator core retention means (20) which, even if specifications of the laminate thickness of a stator core (90) differ or there are individual differences in the laminate thickness, forestalls insulation failure due to a coil wire shifting to outside of a wedge (96) and a slot insulating paper (97). [Solution] A stator core retention means (20) is equipped with: a loose fitting gap (81) which accommodates the individual differences in laminate thickness of a stator core (90); and a gap reducing means (50) which reduces the loose fitting gap. By reducing the loose fitting gap with the gap reducing means, the stator core (90) is prevented from rising. In this way, even given individual differences between stator cores, even if there is a large frictional force accompanying insertion of a coil bundle (95), part of the coil wire slides into the gap between the tip (13) of the wedge guide shaft (12) and the stator core without the stator core floating upwards, forestalling insulation failure.
