Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a stator core for a rotary electric machine having a split core structure such that complications of a manufacturing process can be avoided, and the characteristics of the rotary electric machine can be improved by use of a simple structure. The present invention is a stator core for a rotary electric machine, wherein the stator core is provided with: multiple first members each having a first tooth section which extends in one of a radially inward direction and a radially outward direction, first engagement sections which are disposed on both sides of the first tooth section in a circumferential direction, and a base section which is disposed on the other side of the radially inward direction or the radially outward direction, and which are arranged side by side in the circumferential direction; multiple second members each having a second tooth section which extends in one radial direction and a second engagement section which engages with circumferentially adjoining two first engagement sections, and which are arranged side by side in the circumferential direction such that the second tooth section is positioned between the two adjoining first engagement sections; and a support member which is configured to come in contact with the base sections of the multiple first members in such a manner that the base sections of the multiple first members arranged side by side in the circumferential direction are pushed radially in one direction from the other side in the radial direction.
