Abstract:

Provided are: a stator for dynamo-electric machines, which can be produced at high productivity; and a method for producing the stator for dynamo-electric machines. This stator is provided with: a stator core 3 having a slot 30; and a coil 4 having a leg section which includes a section 40 contained in the slot 30 and also includes a portion which extends from the section 40. A foam resin 5 is provided between an inner surface 30F of the slot 30 and the outer surface of the section 40, which faces the inner surface 30F of the slot 30. The coil 4 is formed by joining a plurality of segment conductors 4B each having joining sections 43. An electrically conductive bonding material 8 is disposed between a pair of joining sections 43 facing each other in the slot 30.
