Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of motor windings, and in particular to a stator, a hairpin motor, a powertrain, and a vehicle, for use in enabling a fundamental winding factor to be high and a harmonic winding factor to be low. The stator comprises a stator iron core and a stator winding; a plurality of stator slots are uniformly formed in a circumferential direction on an inner wall of the stator iron core; the stator winding comprises flat wire conductors inserted into each stator slot; N layers of flat wire conductors are arranged in each stator slot, wherein N is an even number greater than or equal to 4; the flat wire conductors are respectively connected to form m phases of windings; each phase of winding comprises a plurality of phase units which are uniformly arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the stator iron core; each phase unit of each phase of winding comprises at least two phase belts; each phase belt of each phase unit comprises two adjacent layers of flat wire conductors; and a stator slot is disposed between adjacent phase belts of each phase unit in a staggered manner. The stator winding is a short-pitch winding, having a good torque ripple suppression effect when the motor is operating, reducing back electromotive force harmonic of the motor, and improving the performance of the motor.
