Abstract:
A stator iron core (1) of irregular slotted disk type motor is provided. Radial slots (2) are evenly distributed in the iron core(1). Each slot (2) is wider and shallower towards the outer periphery of the iron core (1) and narrower and deeper towards the inner periphery of the iron core (1), so that the sectional area of each slot (2) is constant at any plane perpendicular to the radial direction. The ratio of the width of the tooth (3) and the thickness of the yoke (4) both located at the outer periphery of the iron core (1) is substantially equal to the ratio of the width of the tooth (3) and the thickness of the yoke (4) both located at the inner periphery of the iron core (1). In the magnetic path from the outer periphery to the inner periphery of the iron core (1), the magnetic flux density of the teeth (3) and that of the yoke (4) are substantially equal. The saturation problem of local magnetic path of the stator iron core of the disc type motor is solved by the improved slots (2). The temperature rise of the motor is effectively reduced, and the efficiency of the motor is enhanced.
