Abstract:
A stator manufacturing device (1) includes: a winding unit (2) forming a winding coil (9) consisting of a plurality of mono-pole coils (91) having winding of an electric wire (90); an insert unit (3) for receiving the winding coil (9) from the winding unit (2) and inserting/arranging the winding coil (9) into a stator core (81); a shaping unit (4) for shaping the shape of the winding coil (9) inserted/arranged in the stator core (81); and a movable unit (5) which can be moved to the insert unit (3) and to the shaping unit (4). The movable unit (5) is configured so that while the stator core (81) is held, the winding coil (9) is inserted/arranged by the relative movement with the insert unit (3) and the shaping of the shape of the winding coil (9) is performed by the relative movement with the shaping unit (4).
