This stator manufacturing method is provided with: a step for attaching a coil holding jig on each of a plurality of coils; a step for arranging one slot accommodating part in a first slot; a step for detaching the coil holding jig from the coils; and a step for inserting the other slot accommodating part into a second slot positioned at a position circumferentially away from the first slot.
