Abstract:
The present application provides a stator, a motor, a powertrain, and a mechanical device. The stator comprises a stator core, a coil winding, a first end plate, and a second end plate. The coil winding is provided inside the stator core. The stator core comprises a plurality of grooves extending in the axial direction and used for forming first cooling liquid flow channels. The plurality of grooves are arranged in the circumferential direction of the stator core, and each groove runs through the stator core in the axial direction. The first cooling liquid flow channels are communicated with a liquid inlet area of the stator core. The end surfaces of the two ends of the stator core in the axial direction are a first end surface and a second end surface, respectively, the first end plate is mounted on the first end surface, and the second end plate is mounted on the second end surface. A second cooling liquid flow channel is formed between the first end plate and the first end surface, and the second cooling liquid flow channel is communicated with the first cooling liquid flow channels. The first end plate comprises a plurality of first nozzles, and the first nozzles are communicated with second cooling liquid flow channels and face the coil winding. The motor has a small number of accessories, a low leakage risk, and a good heat dissipation effect.
