Title:
STATOR, MOTOR, AND PUMP DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/057435
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a stator having a stator core which is a curled core, for which deterioration of the circularity of a circle formed by tip faces of multiple salient pole parts when viewed from an axial direction of the stator can be suppressed even when the stator core has a relatively small number of salient pole parts. In the case of this stator, abutting surfaces 24k are formed on both ends of each of outer peripheral parts 24e constituting an outer peripheral annular section 24a of a stator core 24, and the abutting surfaces 24k of circumferentially adjoining outer peripheral parts 24e are abutted together. Angles formed by first abutting surfaces 24k1, 24k2, that is, an abutted surface 24k which is formed along a joint line 24h located at one of the boundaries of the outer peripheral parts 24e in the circumferential direction, and respective center lines CL of salient pole parts 24b which connect with outer peripheral parts 24e1, 24e2 are smaller than an angle formed by each second abutted surface 24k, that is, an abutted surface 24k other than that of the first abutting surfaces 24k1, 24k2, and a center line CL of a salient pole part 24b which connects with the outer peripheral part 24e on which this second abutted surface 24k is formed.
