Abstract:
One embodiment of the stator of this invention is provided with: a stator core having an annular core back which extends in a circumferential direction about an axis which extends in one direction, and having a plurality of teeth extending inward in a radial direction from the core back; a plurality of coil wires provided on the plurality of teeth; and protrusions protruding inward in the radial direction from the core back between adjacent teeth. The protrusion outer side-surfaces of the outer surfaces of each of the protrusions, the protrusion outer side-surfaces being arranged in the circumferential direction, are parallel to tooth outer-side surfaces of the outer surfaces of the teeth adjacent to the protrusion outer side-surfaces, the tooth outer-side surfaces facing the protrusion outer side-surfaces in the circumferential direction. The protrusion outer side-surfaces perpendicularly cross the inner peripheral surface of the core back.
