Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a stator potting structure. The stator potting structure comprises a housing, which has an accommodating bottom face and an accommodating side face, the accommodating side face axially extending along the housing and being connected to the periphery of the accommodating bottom face, so that an accommodating cavity is formed between the accommodating bottom face and the accommodating side face; a stator, which comprises a stator core and a core winding arranged on the stator core; and a groove, which circumferentially extends along the housing and is formed in the accommodating side face. The groove is opposite the core winding, such that when the stator core is fixed to the accommodating bottom face, a potting space between the periphery of the core winding and the accommodating side face is increased, so as to prevent the problem of insulation failure caused by contact between the core winding and the housing. Therefore, a solidified adhesive forms a thick thermally conductive insulation layer, thereby ensuring the insulation performance of the stator without affecting the heat-dissipation performance of the stator.
