Abstract:
Provided is a stator-rotor press-fitting apparatus having better press-fitting performance and higher efficiency. A stator-rotor press-fitting apparatus, comprising a position-fixing plate, a position-limiting plate, a moving rod, a first lifting apparatus, a second lifting apparatus, a linear movement apparatus, and a presser. The first lifting apparatus is used for controlling the vertical movement of the position-fixing plate. The second lifting apparatus is used for controlling the vertical movement of the moving rod. The linear movement apparatus is used for controlling the front-back movement of the position-limiting plate. The presser is used for controlling the vertical movement of a pressing block. The position-fixing plate moves upward to hold the stator between the position-fixing plate and the position-limiting plate. The position-fixing plate has a first through hole that penetrates the position-fixing plate vertically and allows the moving rod to pass through. The position-limiting plate has a notching that penetrates the position-limiting plate vertically, opens toward the front, and allows the upper end of the moving rod to pass through. The moving rod forms a lower positioning hole that fits the lower end of a rotor shaft. The pressing block forms an upper positioning hole that fits the upper end of the rotor shaft. Said upper positioning hole and the lower positioning hole are arranged to be coaxial.
