Title:
STATOR STACK, SUPPORTING MAGNET AND LINEAR MOTOR OF A MAGNETIC-LEVITATION TRANSPORT SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/110532
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
A stator stack for a linear motor of a vehicle (1) of a magnetic-levitation transport system with a driving and supporting function can be fastened to a travel path and comprises a large number of stator laminations (16) running in the longitudinal direction of the stator stack (3). Said stator stack has a plurality of slots (7) running parallel to one another for accommodating windings (4). The slots (7) in the stator stack (3) have at least a skew angle and have an angled profile in the form of an arrow. A corresponding supporting magnet can be fastened to the vehicle (1) and comprises a large number of pole cores (17) and pole bridges (18) running in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle (1). The interspaces between successive pole cores (17) form slots (19) running parallel to one another for accommodating coils (20'). The slots (19) and/or the coils (20') in the supporting magnet (5) have at least one skew angle and have an angled profile in the form of an arrow. A linear motor has corresponding stator stacks (3) and/or supporting magnets (5).
