Abstract:
A stator for a thin permanent magnet synchronous motor, comprising an iron core (3) and a winding (4) wound around the iron core (3). The iron core (3) comprises at least one stator chip (9, 10). At least one end in the length direction of the stator chip (9, 10) is provided with a flange (6) formed by an end edge folding in the thickness direction. The stator structure can fully utilize the stator space of the motor so as to increase power density of the motor and reduce thickness of the motor; the stacked iron core can reduce electrical loss of the motor iron core; the number of turns of the armature winding can be reduced so as to reduce the thickness of the end portion of the winding, and resistance of the winding can be reduced so as to improve efficiency of the motor.
