Abstract:
Disclosed is a stator winder wire arranging apparatus comprising a wire winding mechanism (1) and a control host, wherein the wire winding mechanism (1) comprises a transverse wire winding rod (10), a driving gas cylinder (11) driving the transverse wire winding rod (10) to move transversely in a reciprocating manner and a changeover gas cylinder driving the driving gas cylinder (11) to move along the Z-axis; one end of the transverse wire winding rod (10) facing away from the driving gas cylinder (11) is slideably connected to a longitudinal wire winding head (12); a lower end of the longitudinal wire winding head (12) is provided with a wire winding nozzle (13); the transverse wire winding rod (10) is provided with a driving apparatus (2) driving the longitudinal wire winding head (12) to move longitudinally; the driving gas cylinder (11) and the driving apparatus (2) are both electrically connected to the control host and controlled thereby; when winding a wire, under the control of the control host, the driving gas cylinder (11) drives the transverse wire winding rod (10) to move, the transverse wire winding rod (10) drives the longitudinal wire winding head (12) to move to perform wire winding for a motor stator, and after each winding forms a coil, the driving apparatus (2) drives the longitudinal wire winding head (12) to lift or lower a wire diameter height, and the above-mentioned action is repeated until the wire is wound. Arranging wire by means of the driving apparatus (2) driving the longitudinal wire winding head (12) to move longitudinally significantly simplifies the structure, reduces the production cost, and improves the speed of arranging the wire.
